We process your photo with special software so that the light shines through lighter or darker due to the different thicknesses of the 3D-printed material. And although the lithophane is monochrome, this creates a unique 3D effect for the viewer.
An important note here: the quality of your image has a significant influence on the print result. The higher the resolution, the more impressive the result!

Procedure after ordering:
You can send us your photo immediately after ordering to our e-mail address [sainirohan23@gmail.com]. To ensure that we can meet our delivery times, please contact us as soon as possible after your purchase.

Further notes:
As the lithophane is individually designed for you, the order cannot be cancelled once 3D printing has started. We will send you a design preview in advance for checking.
As the lithophane is personalised with your photo, it cannot be exchanged. A return is therefore not possible.

Please ensure that you have allowed sufficient time to wait for delivery before placing your order. Due to personalisation and printing time, the average delivery time is 4-5 days.
